ONLINE EXCLUSIVES RETURN POLICY

All returns must be notified to us within seven (7) business days of receipt via info@thesoutherndecorista.com. In order to be eligible for a return, all return products must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. We will provide a specific label for your use. (Do not mail to the address in our general return policy)

Please be advised due to hygiene reasons, return requests for some products (including Swimwear, cover-Ups, intimates, Shapewears, Underwear, Lingerie, etc.) may be declined.
