General Refund Policy:
We will accept items returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. The tags must be on and the merchandise unworn or in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged: any sale items, foods, gift cards or any skin care/fragrance products. This includes but is not limited to Tyler Candle Co, Sweet Grace, R. Rebellion, and any similar products.
Final Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged/returned. Unfortunately sale & clearance sale items cannot be exchanged. These are considered final sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
ONLINE EXCLUSIVES RETURN POLICY
All returns must be notified to us within seven (7) business days of receipt via info@thesoutherndecorista.com. In order to be eligible for a return, all return products must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. We will provide a specific label for your use. (Do not mail to the address in our general return policy) Returns will be issued a store credit only.
Please be advised due to hygiene reasons, return requests for some products (including Swimwear, cover-Ups, intimates, Shapewears, Underwear, Lingerie, etc.) may be declined.
